The terms and conditions governing your use of the JobMinglr platform, apps, and services.

1. Introduction to JobMinglr Terms of Service
Welcome to JobMinglr! By accessing or using JobMinglr's websites, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms outline the rules and expectations for using our Platform, ensuring a safe and effective environment for all users.
JobMinglr connects Job Seekers with Employers, providing tools and features to streamline job searches, applications, and hiring processes. Whether you're seeking employment, posting job listings, or using any other services on the Platform, these Terms govern your interactions and responsibilities.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and agree to abide by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Definitions and Scope
- JobMinglr: Refers to the services, websites, mobile applications, and related tools provided by JobMinglr.
- Platform: The collective term for JobMinglr's websites, mobile apps, and any services or products offered.
- Job Seeker: An individual using the Platform to search for employment or related opportunities.
- Employer: An individual, company, or organization using the Platform to post job opportunities or search for potential candidates.
- User: Anyone accessing or using the Platform, including Job Seekers, Employers, and other visitors.
- Content: All materials, including text, images, and data, shared, posted, or made available through the Platform.
- Services: The tools and features offered by JobMinglr, including job search, applications, profile creation, and messaging.
These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it. JobMinglr acts as a neutral facilitator and does not participate in employment decisions or guarantee job placements.
3. User Responsibilities and Eligibility
Eligibility
- Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Authority to Agree: If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Platform.
User Responsibilities
As a User of the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information, including your profile, resume, or job postings, is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Use the Platform Lawfully: Avoid engaging in any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity while using JobMinglr.
- Protect Your Account: Keep your account credentials confidential and notify JobMinglr immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
- Respect Other Users: Avoid posting inappropriate, discriminatory, or offensive content. Refrain from spamming, harassment, or any abusive behavior.
- Avoid Unauthorized Activities: Do not attempt to scrape, hack, or otherwise misuse the Platform. Do not use automation tools (e.g., bots or scripts) without prior permission.
4. Account Creation and Security
Account Creation
- Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Single Account Policy: Maintain only one account unless expressly permitted by JobMinglr.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. Specifically, you agree to:
- Keep Credentials Confidential: Do not share your login information with others.
- Prevent Unauthorized Access: Take reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorized access.
- Report Issues Promptly: Notify JobMinglr immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity or a security breach related to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. JobMinglr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use unless caused by our negligence.
5. JobMinglr Services and Features
5.1 Job Ads and Listings
JobMinglr displays job advertisements and listings from Employers. Job Seekers can search for and apply to jobs for free. Employers are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their job postings. JobMinglr does not guarantee the validity or availability of job postings.
5.2 Resumes and Profiles
Job Seekers may create a profile and upload resumes to be shared with Employers. By default, profiles are searchable by Employers unless privacy settings are adjusted. It is the Job Seeker's responsibility to ensure their profile and resume are accurate and up-to-date.
5.3 Application Tools
JobMinglr provides tools for Job Seekers to apply directly to jobs and for Employers to review applications. Job Seekers are responsible for ensuring their application materials are complete and accurate before submission. JobMinglr is not responsible for how Employers handle applications or make hiring decisions.
5.4 Messaging and Communication
JobMinglr may enable messaging between Job Seekers and Employers through the Platform. Communications must be professional and related to job opportunities. JobMinglr may review or moderate communications to ensure compliance with these Terms.
5.5 Assessments and Screening Tools
JobMinglr offers optional skills assessments and screening tools for Employers and Job Seekers. Employers select and review assessments; JobMinglr is not involved in hiring decisions. Job Seekers may choose whether to share assessment results with Employers.
5.6 Service Availability
JobMinglr reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit access to any service or feature without prior notice. Some services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
5.7 Automated Application Delivery
JobMinglr offers an automated application delivery feature that attempts to submit job applications on your behalf to third-party employers and applicant tracking systems (ATS). While we make every reasonable effort to successfully deliver your application, JobMinglr does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or processing of any application by an employer or ATS platform.
Application delivery may fail due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: changes to an employer's application process, technical limitations of third-party systems, closed or expired job listings, or network and system errors. JobMinglr is not liable for any missed opportunities, damages, or losses arising from a failed or undelivered application. It is your responsibility to confirm receipt of your application directly with the employer if delivery confirmation is important to you.
5.8 AI-Inferred and Pre-Populated Application Answers
When using automated application features, JobMinglr may automatically generate, infer, or pre-populate responses to employer application questions using your profile data, work history, skills, demographic information, and answers you have previously provided on the Platform or through prior applications. This inference is performed to streamline your job search and reduce redundant data entry.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Pre-populated and AI-inferred answers are generated algorithmically for convenience and may not perfectly reflect your current situation, intentions, or qualifications.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all application content — including AI-inferred responses — before and after submission wherever the Platform provides an opportunity to do so.
- By enabling automated application delivery without correction, you affirmatively authorize JobMinglr to submit AI-inferred responses on your behalf.
- JobMinglr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or truthfulness of any inferred response.
- JobMinglr is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading pre-populated answers, including but not limited to application rejection, rescission of employment offers, or any adverse employment actions taken by an employer based on submitted application content.
- You remain solely responsible under applicable law for the truthfulness of all representations made to employers in your applications, regardless of whether those answers were inferred by JobMinglr.
5.9 Employer-Required Consents and Disclosures — Pause and Confirm
Many employers, applicant tracking systems, and third-party hiring platforms require applicants to explicitly agree to specific disclosures, authorizations, and terms as a condition of submitting an application. JobMinglr does not automatically accept these on your behalf.When our system detects a required consent or disclosure during the application process, it will pause automated delivery and present the disclosure to you for your explicit confirmation before the application proceeds.
Consents and disclosures that will always be surfaced to you for explicit confirmation include, but are not limited to:
- Background check authorizations and disclosures required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state law
- Consumer report authorization forms
- Drug and alcohol screening consent forms
- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) self-identification forms and acknowledgments
- Veteran status and disability self-identification disclosures
- Pre-employment eligibility and work authorization attestations
- Employer-specific application terms, privacy notices, and data processing acknowledgments
- Arbitration agreements or class action waivers presented as part of the application flow
- Non-disclosure or confidentiality acknowledgments required prior to reviewing a job description
- Any other material terms or conditions required by the employer or their platform as a condition of receiving or processing your application
When you confirm a consent or disclosure presented to you through the Platform, that confirmation is legally binding on you to the same extent as if you had reviewed and accepted it directly on the employer's website. JobMinglr is not a party to any such agreement and assumes no obligations or liabilities under it.
JobMinglr will make commercially reasonable efforts to detect and surface all required consents, but cannot guarantee that every employer-required disclosure will be identified or presented in all cases, particularly where third-party ATS platforms do not clearly expose such requirements through their interfaces. If you are uncertain whether you have consented to something, you should apply directly through the employer's website.
5.10 Swipe-to-Apply Authorization and Application Snapshots
When you swipe right, tap “Apply,” or otherwise indicate through the Platform that you want to apply to a job, you authorize JobMinglr to use your then-current profile, resume, preferences, and related information to generate, tailor, and submit application materials for that job on your behalf. This authorization is given at the moment of that action and applies to that specific job application.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- JobMinglr does not require you to separately review or approve each individual generated application before it is submitted, unless the Platform expressly presents that opportunity to you (such as the employer-required consent flow described in Section 5.9).
- Maintaining an accurate, current profile is your responsibility, as described in Sections 3 and 5.2. JobMinglr relies on your active profile at the time of each swipe or apply action to generate application materials.
- You may update your profile at any time, but applications already submitted are generated from the profile, resume, and related data as they existed at the time you authorized that specific application (an “Application Snapshot”). Updating your profile afterward does not retroactively change an application already submitted to an employer.
- JobMinglr stores Application Snapshots — including the profile and resume data used, the job posting, your Match Score for that job at the time of application, the timestamp of your authorization, the authorization method (e.g., swipe right), and the submission method (e.g., ATS API, employer dashboard, webhook, email, or external application form) — for record-keeping, audit, dispute resolution, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and to operate the Platform.
- Application Snapshots may be retained even after you delete your account or update your profile, to the extent necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
6. Employer and Job Seeker Interactions
6.1 Responsibilities of Employers
Employers must provide accurate and lawful job postings. Employers are solely responsible for screening and evaluating applicants, conducting interviews and background checks, and complying with all applicable laws, including those related to employment and anti-discrimination.
6.2 Responsibilities of Job Seekers
Job Seekers must provide truthful and complete information in their profiles, resumes, and applications. Job Seekers are encouraged to research job opportunities and Employers independently to ensure their legitimacy.
6.3 Communication Guidelines
All communications between Job Seekers and Employers must be professional and relevant to job opportunities, and must avoid discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate language.
6.4 Disclaimers
JobMinglr does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of job postings or employer credentials, that Job Seekers will receive responses, interviews, or job offers, or that Employers will find suitable candidates.
6.5 Dispute Resolution
JobMinglr is not responsible for disputes between Job Seekers and Employers. Both parties are expected to resolve any issues independently. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, Users should report the matter to JobMinglr for investigation.
7. Communication Tools and Messaging
7.1 Purpose
Messaging tools are intended solely for job-related communications, such as discussing job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and requesting or sharing additional information related to applications or postings.
7.2 Professional Conduct
All messages sent through the Platform must be respectful and professional, avoid discriminatory, harassing, or abusive language, and adhere to applicable laws and regulations. Users must not send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or irrelevant messages.
7.3 Monitoring and Moderation
JobMinglr may monitor and moderate communications to ensure compliance with these Terms, investigate reports of misuse, and improve Platform functionality. JobMinglr reserves the right to restrict or disable communication tools for Users who violate these Terms.
7.4 Alias Communication
To protect privacy, JobMinglr may use alias email addresses or phone numbers for communication between Job Seekers and Employers. Once personal contact details are exchanged, JobMinglr is not responsible for how that information is used.
7.5 Message Delivery
JobMinglr does not guarantee delivery or receipt of messages sent through the Platform, or that messages will be free from errors, delays, or interruptions.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection
JobMinglr collects and processes your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Information collected may include personal details such as name, email, and phone number; resumes, profiles, and application materials; and usage data, such as search history and activity on the Platform.
8.2 Purpose of Data Use
JobMinglr uses your data to:
- Provide and improve the Platform — operate core features including job search, matching, messaging, and application delivery.
- Power AI matching and recommendations — your profile, skills, work history, and activity data are used to train and improve our AI matching algorithms, generate compatibility scores, and personalize job recommendations. This includes using aggregated and anonymized data to enhance the accuracy of our models across all users.
- Deliver applications to employers — your resume and application materials are shared with employers and their applicant tracking systems when you apply to a job, as described in Sections 5.7 and 8.3.
- Share with partner platforms — your data may be shared with approved employer and technology partners solely for the purpose of delivering services you have requested, such as submitting your application or providing interview preparation.
- Communicate with you — send account updates, application status notifications, and service-related communications.
8.2a Advertising and Analytics
JobMinglr uses third-party analytics and advertising services (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google AdMob) to understand how users interact with the Platform and to serve relevant advertisements on our website and mobile applications. These services may collect information about your visits to our website and other sites using cookies and similar tracking technologies in order to provide targeted advertising based on your interests and browsing behavior.
Free-tier users of the Platform may see job-related and career-adjacent advertisements. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings, Google's ad settings, or by adjusting your cookie preferences on our Platform.
JobMinglr does not sell your personal profile data, resume, or application materials to data brokers or third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering our services.Data shared with advertising partners is limited to usage and behavioral data collected through standard web tracking — it does not include your resume, application history, or employment data.
8.3 Data Sharing and Third-Party Platform Transfers
JobMinglr may share your data with Employers for job applications or recruiting purposes, service providers assisting in the delivery of JobMinglr services, and third parties as required by law or to prevent fraud or misuse of the Platform.
By using JobMinglr's application features, you expressly authorize JobMinglr to transfer your profile information, resume, and application materials to third-party applicant tracking systems, hiring platforms, and technology partners that JobMinglr integrates with (including but not limited to ATS providers, recruitment software platforms, and other employment technology services) for the purpose of delivering your job application to an employer. This transfer is necessary to provide the automated application delivery service described in Section 5.7.
JobMinglr partners with vetted technology platforms that maintain their own privacy and data security standards. By submitting an application through JobMinglr, you acknowledge and consent to your information being processed by the relevant third-party platform in accordance with that platform's terms and privacy policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
8.4 User Control
You have the right to access and update your personal information, adjust privacy settings to control visibility of your profile and application materials, and request the deletion of your account and data, subject to legal obligations. Contact privacy@jobminglr.com for data-related requests.
8.5 Data Security
JobMinglr implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and notifying JobMinglr of any suspected breaches.
8.6 Cookies and Tracking
JobMinglr uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and gather usage data. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1 Misuse of the Platform
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in profiles, resumes, or job listings.
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than job seeking or recruiting.
- Engage in unauthorized data scraping, crawling, or the use of bots or automated tools to collect information from the Platform.
9.2 Harmful or Illegal Conduct
- Violating any applicable laws, including labor laws, anti-discrimination laws, and intellectual property laws.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Impersonating another person, organization, or entity.
- Sharing or distributing harmful content, such as malware, viruses, or phishing schemes.
9.3 Unauthorized Access
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to JobMinglr's systems, other users' accounts, or any restricted areas of the Platform.
- Tampering with or circumventing any security features or access restrictions.
9.4 Spamming and Scams
- Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or repeated communications that are irrelevant or harassing.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as fake job postings, phishing, or identity theft.
9.5 Inappropriate Content
- Content that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
- Content in violation of intellectual property rights or containing copyrighted material without permission.
9.6 Employer-Specific Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the prohibitions above, Employers using the Platform may not:
- Post fake, misleading, or non-existent job listings.
- Require candidates to pay a fee to apply, interview, or be considered for a position, except where lawful and clearly disclosed.
- Scrape, export, resell, or use candidate profile, resume, or dossier data for any purpose other than evaluating that candidate for a specific job opportunity.
- Use candidate data obtained through the Platform for marketing unrelated to hiring, or to train external AI models without JobMinglr's and, where applicable, the candidate's permission.
- Use Match Score, Verified Signals, or any other JobMinglr-provided data as the sole basis for rejecting, hiring, advancing, or excluding a candidate.
- Request or act on background checks, consumer reports, or criminal history in a manner that violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, applicable state and local fair-chance or ban-the-box laws, or other applicable law.
10. Third-Party Content and Links
JobMinglr displays job listings, advertisements, and other content created by third-party Employers and partners. JobMinglr is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of third-party content. Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between Users and third-party content providers are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. JobMinglr does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or services provided by external sites. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they access.
JobMinglr may integrate with third-party tools or services, such as communication platforms or applicant tracking systems. JobMinglr is not liable for technical issues, data breaches, or other problems caused by these third-party tools.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership of JobMinglr Content
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, are owned by JobMinglr or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any JobMinglr content without explicit written permission.
11.2 Trademarks
"JobMinglr," its logo, and any related branding are trademarks of JobMinglr. Users may not use these trademarks without prior written authorization, except as necessary for job-related activities on the Platform.
11.3 User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of any content they create or submit on the Platform, such as resumes, job postings, and messages. By submitting content, Users grant JobMinglr a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for purposes related to providing and improving the Platform.
11.5 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on the Platform, please notify JobMinglr at IP@jobminglr.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute with JobMinglr, you agree to first contact us at support@jobminglr.com to provide an opportunity to resolve the issue informally. JobMinglr will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice.
12.2 Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or other collective proceeding.
12.4 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes that proceed outside of arbitration must be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
12.7 Statute of Limitations
You must file any claim or dispute within one year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in the claim being permanently barred.
13. Modifications to Terms and Services
JobMinglr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
JobMinglr may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its features at any time without prior notice. JobMinglr is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes to the services.
It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed about any updates or changes.
14. Termination of Use
14.1 Termination by JobMinglr
JobMinglr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activities, misuse of the Platform, or failure to provide accurate or complete account information.
14.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting JobMinglr at support@jobminglr.com or through the account settings on the Platform.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Platform and its services will be immediately revoked. JobMinglr may retain certain information as required by law or its Privacy Policy. Any outstanding obligations under these Terms remain enforceable.
15. Disclaimers; Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
15.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOBMINGLR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
JobMinglr does not warrant that (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
15.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JOBMINGLR, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF JOBMINGLR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOBMINGLR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JOBMINGLR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, JobMinglr's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
15.3 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobMinglr, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Platform or any services in violation of these Terms
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform, including User-Generated Content
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Platform
- Any dispute between you and another user or employer
JobMinglr reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate fully with JobMinglr in asserting available defenses.
15.4 DMCA Safe Harbor
JobMinglr complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and qualifies for the safe harbor protections thereunder with respect to user-uploaded content. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA notice and takedown procedure described in our Privacy Policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with our DMCA Repeat Infringer Policy.
15.5 CDA Section 230
JobMinglr is an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act). We are not the publisher or speaker of any user-provided content and are not liable for content posted by users, employers, or third parties on the Platform.
15.6 Transmission Service; No Liability for Transmitted Content
JobMinglr operates as a technology transmission and delivery service. When delivering job applications and associated materials to employers and their platforms, JobMinglr acts solely as a conduit — transmitting information that you have provided, authorized, or directed us to submit on your behalf. In this capacity:
- JobMinglr does not originate, create, or substantively alter the content of your application beyond formatting and delivery.
- JobMinglr is not a party to, and assumes no liability under, any representation, warranty, or statement made within a transmitted application.
- The accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, and legal compliance of all application content — including AI-inferred answers — remains the sole responsibility of the Job Seeker.
- JobMinglr is not responsible for any employment decisions, adverse actions, legal consequences, or other outcomes arising from the content of transmitted applications.
- JobMinglr is not liable for errors, omissions, or distortions that arise from the technical processes of third-party ATS platforms or employer systems that receive transmitted applications.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBMINGLR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE CONTENT OF APPLICATIONS TRANSMITTED ON YOUR BEHALF, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, MISLEADING, OR IMPROPERLY ACCEPTED TERMS WITHIN SUCH APPLICATIONS.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to employment, intellectual property, and data protection laws. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.

18. Technology Platform; No Employment Relationship; AI Disclaimer
18.1 Technology Platform Only
JobMinglr is a technology platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers. JobMinglr is not a staffing agency, employment agency, recruiter, or labor contractor. We do not employ job seekers, place workers, or guarantee employment outcomes. No agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship is created between you and JobMinglr by virtue of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
18.2 AI and Algorithmic Matching Disclaimer
JobMinglr uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems to generate match scores, Verified Signals, compatibility ratings, and job recommendations. These scores and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding your suitability for any position, your likelihood of being hired, or an employer's likelihood of selecting you. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers, not by JobMinglr or its systems.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. JobMinglr makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated score, recommendation, or content. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs when making employment or hiring decisions.
18.2a Match Score and Verified Signals — Definitions and Limits
Match Scoreestimates how closely a candidate's resume and profile align with a specific job posting, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, job title, and stated preferences. Match Score is not a hiring recommendation, background check, employment eligibility determination, or guarantee of job performance.
Verified Signalsare factual, binary indicators reflecting whether a candidate has completed specific verification steps or profile items (such as confirming an email address, confirming a phone number, completing identity verification, uploading a resume, or linking a LinkedIn or GitHub profile). Verified Signals are not a trust score, a background check, a work authorization confirmation, an employment eligibility determination, a hiring recommendation, or a guarantee of a candidate's honesty, safety, qualifications, or job performance. The absence of a particular Verified Signal does not mean a candidate is unqualified, dishonest, or otherwise disfavored.
Employers may not use Match Score or Verified Signals as the sole basis for rejecting, hiring, advancing, or excluding a candidate, and must independently evaluate candidates in compliance with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
18.2b Candidate Dossiers
JobMinglr may compile a candidate dossier for employers, consisting of informational summaries that may include a candidate's profile data, resume data, generated application materials, Match Score, Verified Signals, application source, and application history. Candidate dossiers are provided for informational purposes only. Employers must independently review all candidate materials and may not rely on any dossier field — including Match Score or Verified Signals — as a sole basis for an employment decision, or use dossier data in a manner that violates applicable anti-discrimination law. Employers may not scrape, resell, export, or reuse candidate dossier data for any purpose other than evaluating that candidate for the specific job application to which the dossier relates.
18.3 Employer Verification Disclaimer
JobMinglr does not independently verify the identity, credentials, legitimacy, financial status, or hiring intentions of employers or job posters on the Platform. Job listings are not screened or endorsed by JobMinglr. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the legitimacy of any employer or job opportunity before sharing personal information, attending interviews, or accepting employment. If you suspect fraudulent activity, report it immediately to support@jobminglr.com.
18.4 Force Majeure
JobMinglr shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party service provider failures, cyberattacks, or any other event outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). Our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of any Force Majeure Event.
19. California and International Privacy Rights
19.1 California Residents — CCPA/CPRA
California residents have specific privacy rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 19.2 European and UK Users — GDPR
Users in the EEA or UK have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. JobMinglr processes personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable. Contact privacy@jobminglr.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
20. Additional Terms for Specific Services
Certain JobMinglr features or programs may have specific terms and conditions that apply:
- JobMinglr Ads Program: Applies to free and sponsored job postings, targeted ads, and virtual hiring events.
- Resume Search and Smart Sourcing: Employers accessing the Resume Search feature agree to use candidate information solely for recruiting purposes.
- JobMinglr Assessments: Job Seekers participating in assessments agree to provide accurate responses, and Employers agree to use assessments fairly and in compliance with applicable laws.
- JobMinglr API Terms: Use of JobMinglr's APIs is subject to specific usage guidelines, including restrictions on data collection and redistribution.
- JobMinglr Hiring Platform: Includes tools for online interviews, virtual evaluations, and scheduling. Users must ensure that all interactions comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
21. AI-Inferred and Pre-Populated Application Answers
This section supplements Section 5.8 and provides additional disclosures regarding JobMinglr's use of artificial intelligence to complete application fields on your behalf.
21.1 How Inference Works
JobMinglr's AI systems analyze your profile, resume, self-reported skills, work history, salary preferences, location preferences, demographic disclosures, and answers you have previously provided to similar questions on the Platform or in prior applications. Using this data, the system attempts to produce reasonable responses to questions asked by employers during the application process.
21.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
JobMinglr makes no warranty, express or implied, that AI-inferred answers are accurate, complete, appropriate, or consistent with your actual qualifications or intentions. Inference is probabilistic and may produce incorrect or outdated answers. You remain solely responsible for the content of your application regardless of how it was generated.
21.3 User Authorization
By enabling automated application delivery and not correcting pre-populated fields, you expressly authorize JobMinglr to submit AI-inferred responses on your behalf. This authorization applies even where you did not individually review each pre-populated field, and constitutes your agreement that the submitted content represents your application.
21.4 Liability
JobMinglr is not liable for any employment decisions, missed opportunities, rescinded offers, legal consequences, or other outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI-inferred application content. If an employer takes adverse action based on submitted content, you agree that your recourse, if any, is against the employer and not against JobMinglr.
22. Employer-Required Consents — Pause and Confirm Process
This section supplements Section 5.9 and provides additional disclosures regarding how JobMinglr handles employer-required consents and disclosures during the automated application process.
22.1 No Automatic Acceptance of Sensitive Consents
JobMinglr does not automatically accept employer-required consents, authorizations, or disclosures on your behalf. When our system encounters a required consent during an application — regardless of type — it will pause the automated delivery process and present the consent to you in the Platform for your explicit review and confirmation. The application will not proceed past that point until you have actively responded.
22.2 Background Checks and FCRA Disclosures
When an employer requires a background check authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), JobMinglr will pause the application and display the employer's FCRA disclosure to you as a standalone notification before proceeding. You must explicitly confirm your consent before the authorization is submitted. This process is designed to satisfy FCRA's requirement that background check disclosures be presented clearly and separately from other terms.
Your confirmed consent has the same legal effect as signing the disclosure directly. You have the right under the FCRA to request a copy of any consumer report obtained about you and to dispute inaccurate information contained therein. JobMinglr is not the party requesting the background check — the employer is — and JobMinglr assumes no liability for how the employer uses or acts on the results.
22.3 Drug Screening, EEO, and Other Disclosures
The same pause-and-confirm process applies to drug screening consents, EEO self-identification forms, veteran and disability status disclosures, work authorization attestations, arbitration agreements, employer privacy notices, and any other material consent or disclosure encountered during the application process. You will be presented with each item individually and must actively confirm or decline before the application proceeds.
22.4 Binding Effect of Your Confirmations
Any consent or disclosure you confirm through the Platform is legally binding on you to the same extent as if you had reviewed and accepted it directly on the employer's website. JobMinglr is not a party to and assumes no obligations under any such terms.
22.5 Limitations of Detection
JobMinglr will make commercially reasonable efforts to detect all required consents encountered during the automated application process. However, we cannot guarantee that every employer-required disclosure will be identified and surfaced in all cases, particularly where third-party ATS platforms do not clearly expose consent requirements through their interfaces or change their application flows without notice. If you have concerns about consents you may be agreeing to, you should apply directly through the employer's website.
23. Transmission Service; Application Delivery Liability
23.1 Nature of Service
JobMinglr's application delivery feature is a transmission and technology service. JobMinglr transmits job application data that you have provided, authorized, or directed us to submit — we do not independently verify, endorse, originate, or guarantee the content of transmitted applications. JobMinglr acts as a technology intermediary between you and employers; it is not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employment placement service.
23.2 Best Efforts; No Delivery Guarantee
JobMinglr does not guarantee that any application will be successfully delivered to, received by, opened by, or processed by any employer or ATS platform.We will make commercially reasonable best efforts to transmit your application, but delivery may fail or be delayed due to factors entirely outside our control, including changes to an employer's platform, ATS downtime, expired job listings, rate limiting by third-party systems, network failures, or technical incompatibilities.
You should not assume that an application has been received by an employer unless you have received confirmation directly from that employer. JobMinglr does not guarantee, and you should not rely on, any in-app status or notification as confirmation that an employer has received or processed your application.
23.3 No Liability for Transmission Outcomes
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOBMINGLR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES ARISING FROM:
- The failure or delay of any application transmission
- An employer's receipt, processing, evaluation, or rejection of a transmitted application
- Inaccuracies in AI-inferred or pre-populated application content that was submitted on your behalf
- Third-party terms accepted on your behalf during the application process
- Any employment decision, rescission of offer, or other adverse action taken by an employer
- Missed job opportunities, lost wages, or lost benefits arising from a failed or improperly completed application
23.4 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for (a) ensuring the accuracy of your profile, resume, and any information used to infer application responses; (b) confirming with employers that applications have been received when delivery confirmation is important to you; (c) understanding the terms you have authorized JobMinglr to accept on your behalf; and (d) complying with all applicable laws governing truthfulness in employment applications.
24. AI-Powered Video Interviews
Certain employers using JobMinglr may offer or require AI-powered video interviews conducted through third-party platforms, including CrewgleAI. This section explains how that process works and your rights in connection with it.
24.1 Consent Required Before Any Data Is Shared
JobMinglr will never transmit your personal data to an AI interview platform without your explicit, affirmative consent. Before any of your information is sent to CrewgleAI or any similar service, you will be presented with a clear disclosure explaining:
- That an AI system will conduct and evaluate your interview responses
- What personal data will be transmitted (such as name, email address, phone number, and resume text)
- That scored evaluation results and a PDF report will be shared with the requesting employer
- That participation is optional and declining will not negatively affect your underlying application
You must actively confirm your consent each time an employer requests an AI video interview. A prior consent does not carry forward to future interview requests from the same or different employers.
24.2 What Happens If You Decline
If you decline an AI video interview invitation, JobMinglr will notify the employer that you have opted out. Declining does not constitute a withdrawal of your job application. The employer may, at their discretion, proceed with your application through other means, request an alternative interview format, or determine that the AI interview is a required step in their process. JobMinglr has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any employment decision an employer makes based on your participation or non-participation.
24.3 Automated Scoring and Evaluation
AI video interview platforms use automated systems to evaluate your responses and generate scores, ratings, and reports. JobMinglr does not control these evaluations and does not guarantee their accuracy, fairness, or fitness for any particular purpose. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides rights regarding automated decision-making — such as the EU under GDPR Article 22, Illinois under the AI Video Interview Act, or New York City under Local Law 144 — those rights are described in our Privacy Policy. 24.4 Data Transmission and Third-Party Terms
When you consent to an AI video interview, your data is transmitted to the relevant third-party platform and is subject to that platform's privacy policy and terms of service in addition to ours. JobMinglr acts as a conduit and is not responsible for how the third-party platform stores, processes, or retains your data after transmission. We encourage you to review the third-party platform's policies before consenting.
